Since its founding, the online debt management platform has matched small businesses with collection agencies. The matches are beneficial for both CollectionTree.com clients, who see their bad debt collected faster, and for collection agencies, as they are constantly being considered for automatic customer referrals.
The unique process developed by CollectionTree.com automates the process of analyzing a client’s bad debt and matching it to a collection agency based on the characteristics of the bad debt. This process makes it simple to refer clients to CollectionTree.com’s collection agencies – a group they hope to see grow.
